* Update for USA friends: Shipping to the US is back however to keep shipping costs affordable, mail to the US will be sent using untracked service. I have shipped using the untracked service before and so far have not encountered any issues, nonetheless please order at your own risk! Please also DO NOT order A3 sized prints as I will not be able to ship it to you due to postage size restrictions. I am unfortunately not able to offer refunds / cover for lost mail or any taxes and custom fees your order might be subjected to on your end.

Both local (Singapore) and international shipments (except USA) will be made via Singapore Post using tracked mail, to ensure your order reaches you safely. The store is run independently by me and each order is individually made and handpacked with care. Hence, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and dropped off at the post office. As it is the holiday season, this is 2 extra days beyond the usual 5-day mail processing time in case there are higher volume of orders during this period. Local Shipping
- Shipping flat rate of $3 for most items / $6.20 once you have larger items in your order (like A3 prints)
- You will be notified once your mail has been dropped off and be provided a tracking number and link
- Your mail will arrive in your letterbox unless you have large items in your order (like A3 prints) which will deliver to your doorstep
- Your order will reach you within 1 to 3 working days from the day of mailing out
International Shipping (except USA)
- Shipping will be calculated upon check out (dependent on number of items / weight)
- You will be notified once your mail has been dropped off and be provided a tracking number and link
- Your mail will reach you anywhere from 6 to 24 working days, depending on where you are located. To see delivery times for specific countries and cities, you can visit Singpost's list here. - Do note that international orders might be subjected to taxes and custom fees depending on your country's custom duties. Any of these additional fees incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
- All sales are final upon checking out, returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Orders will be packed into rigid envelopes for protection. I am not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged mail that is caused by the courier during shipment
- Please check that info provided at check out such as addresses are correct! I am not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders where incorrect or incomplete information was submitted
