* Important announcement for USA friends: Unfortunately, I have to pause shipping to the US for now. Due to new US regulations, SingPost (the postal service I use) has suspended all shipping options to the US except speedpost expresss (insanely expensive) and regular mail (doesn't provide tracking). It doesn't make sense to pass on such a high shipping cost to you and this is a pretty new implementation so I'm hoping there will be afforable options reintroduced soon and I can get my art to you again! Both local (Singapore) and international shipments will be made via Singapore Post using tracked mail, to ensure your order reaches you safely. The store is run independently by me and each order is individually handpacked with care. Hence, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and dropped off at the post office. Thank you so much for your patience!
Local Shipping
- Shipping flat rate SGD$3
- You will be notified once your mail has been dropped off and be provided a tracking number and link
- Your mail will arrive in your letterbox unless you have large items in your order (like A3 prints) which will deliver to your doorstep
- Your order will reach you within 1 to 3 working days from the day of mailing out
International Shipping
- Shipping will be calculated upon check out (dependent on number of items / weight)
- You will be notified once your mail has been dropped off and be provided a tracking number and link
- Your mail will reach you anywhere from 6 to 24 working days, depending on where you are located. To see delivery times for specific countries and cities, you can visit Singpost's list here. (Click on the Overseas Delivery Rates - Airmail Rates tab, scroll down to find 'Click here for delivery time' link.
- Do note that international orders might be subjected to taxes and custom fees depending on your country's custom duties. Any of these additional fees incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
- All sales are final upon checking out, returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Orders will be packed into rigid envelopes for protection. I am not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged mail that is caused by the courier during shipment
- Please check that info provided at check out such as addresses are correct! I am not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders where incorrect or incomplete information was submitted
